Denise Relf, MPA Related Seminars and Products

Denise Relf, MPA (she/her/hers) is the owner of Never Stop Growing Coaching & Consulting. Denise earned her master’s degree in Public Affairs and Administration in 2009 from Metropolitan College of New York. Since then, Denise has co-created and launched the city’s first Motivational Interviewing Labs for NYC Administration of Children’s Services (NYC ACS). While at NYC ACS, she served as a major contributor and advisor during the launch of two multi-million-dollar initiatives. Some of her work on those initiatives included: creating adult learning programs for staff development, facilitating, creating train–the–trainer processes, and serving as lead on the agency’s shift towards the incorporation of motivational interviewing and coaching into their Division of Child Welfare and Division of Juvenile Justice. After starting her own coaching and consulting practice in 2020, Denise went on to partner with social service organizations, faculty from the University of Maryland, and NYC school-based support organizations providing training support in motivational interviewing and coaching.
