Description

It’s not abnormal to initially feel a bit detached from clients and uncertain of effectiveness as an online social service or clinical provider. Holding attention through amplified verbal/nonverbal communication, simulating in-office experiences, and diversifying engagement techniques all serve as tools to bridge the distance gap. This live webinar will provide demonstrations, strategies, and techniques you can immediately apply to enhance client engagement and improve client outcomes through online services.

This workshop meets the DC Public Health Priorities Requirement.
