Description

Leading in today’s dynamic, global, vand multi-generational workplace provides new challenges and requires innovative approaches to leadership. How do we as leaders meet these challenges and promote engagement and intrinsic motivation amongst our followers? Transformational leadership research indicates that followers need to have a strong sense of purpose and be engaged in self-development if they are to be motivated to act. This 4 hour class will keep participants actively
involved thorough carefully structured exercises so that the principles learned can be taken “off the page” and applied to workplace challenges.
